Export Clearance
Exports done right, without the delays.

Any US export valued at $2,500 or more needs Electronic Export Information (EEI) filed through the Automated Export System (AES). We review export licensing, assign Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN) to your commodities, and confirm full BIS and OFAC compliance.
EEI / AES Filing
Electronic Export Information has to be filed in AES before goods leave the country. We handle the filing and hand you the Internal Transaction Number (ITN) that carriers require. Skipping this step can mean civil penalties of up to $10,000 per violation.
Export License Review
Some goods — dual-use technology, defense articles, encryption — need an export license from BIS, DDTC, or other agencies. We check your commodity's ECCN classification and pin down license requirements before your shipment goes out.
Routed Export Transactions
If a foreign buyer is handling the export logistics, the shipment counts as a routed transaction. We limit your liability by confirming proper authorization letters, accurate EEI filing, and correct record retention.
OFAC Screening
Before every export, we check all parties involved — buyers, freight forwarders, consignees — against OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and other restricted party lists.
How It Works
- Give us the export invoice, commodity details, and destination
- We check ECCN classification and any license requirements
- EEI is filed in AES before export, and you receive the ITN
- We prepare and confirm carrier documentation
- Export records are kept for 5 years as required under the EAR
